Joseph Paladino, Esq.
Joseph received his Bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law. During law school, Joseph had the privilege of being selected to work as a law clerk in Lynn District Court based on academic performance and also volunteered at the Legal Aid Society where he assisted in the representation of underprivileged persons in matrimonial issues, bankruptcy proceedings, and landlord-tenant disputes.
After graduating law school and passing the Bar Exam in 2001, Joseph worked in a general practice law firm in Rochester, New York where he successfully represented many Social Security Disability claimants at the Administrative Law Judge hearing level and in claims brought to the Appeals Council.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of Social Security Disability, Joseph is well versed in the intricacies of the laws and regulations in this area of practice and takes great pride in placing each claimant in the best position to obtain benefits. As a member of our team a Hiller Comerford Injury & Disability Law, Joseph uses his many year of experience to do what it takes to help every client navigate the challenging world of Social Security Disability.
In his spare time Joseph enjoys listening to music, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and their two small children.
