Kimberly Gernatt, Esq.
Kimberly Gernatt grew up in small-town Western New York working in her family’s pizzerias. She got her Bachelors in Economics from SUNY Fredonia where she participated in college Mock Trial.
Kimberly’s participation in Mock Trial in college cultivated her advocacy skills and motivated her to become an attorney. At SUNY Fredonia, Kim was also Junior Class President, Assistant Student Comptroller, and a Resident Assistant in the dorms.
Kim went on to study law at St. John’s University in Queens, New York where she participated in Mock Trial with Frank S. Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute where she strengthened her abilities to advocate and persuade in virtual courtroom settings.
Kimberly is admitted to practice law in New York State. She practiced business litigation and wills, trusts, and estates in New York City before relocating to Buffalo and joining the firm to advocate for clients seeking disability benefits.
