Rebecca Kujawa, Esq. - Social Security Disability Lawyer & Personal Injury Attorney

Rebecca Kujawa joined the firm in 2021 and practices within the firm’s United States District Court department, focusing on Social Security disability and Supplemental Security Income appeals.

Rebecca was born and raised in Buffalo. She received both her Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo. While in law school, Rebecca served as a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and was awarded the Order of the Coif (highest academic achievement). As a law student, Rebecca also worked as a student law clerk to the Hon. Richard J. Kloch, Sr., Niagara County, 8th Judicial District.

Rebecca previously handled appeals in the areas of civil litigation, civil rights, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Rebecca has successfully appealed numerous decisions to the New York Appellate Division – Fourth Department, New York Appellate Division – Third Department, and the United States Court of Appeals – Second Circuit. Rebecca also successfully defended a petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, reading, and going to the theatre.
