Sara Tremel, Esq.

Sara joined the law firm in 2024 as part of our growing team in the area of Social Security Disability law. She brings with her an extensive background in disability law, having successfully owned and operated her own disability practice for 14 years in Northeast Florida. There, she handled all aspects of Social Security Disability claims, from initial intake through the Appeals Council. Over the years, Sara has counseled and represented hundreds of claimants at the hearing level, advocating for their benefits during what is usually described as one of the most difficult times in a person’s life.

Sara was born in Maine and grew up in the beautiful Florida Keys. After high school, she moved to Gainesville to attend college at the University of Florida. She later moved to Jacksonville to attend law school and now resides in Amelia Island with her wonderful husband and two children.

Sara is licensed to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Fueled by her dual passions for helping people resolve conflicts and facilitating communication between parties, she is also a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator.
